Thirty minutes, and a straight answer.
Tell us where the business is and what is in the way. We will tell you whether we are the right people for it, including when the answer is no.
Tell us what this is about.
We will come back with a time, and with a first reaction to what you have described.
Three steps, and none of them are a pitch.
-
You tell us the situation
Where the business is, what you have already tried, and what would count as this having worked. A few sentences is enough.
-
We read it properly
Before the call, not during it. So the thirty minutes are spent on your problem rather than on us catching up.
-
You get a view, not a deck
Where we would start, what we would not touch yet, and whether this is work we should be doing at all.
The questions people ask first.
No. It is a conversation about your problem. If the work is not right for us, or you are not ready for it, we will say so, that answer is worth more to you than a proposal you do not need.
Nothing prepared. It helps if you know roughly what the current numbers look like and what you have already tried, but neither is required.
Thirty minutes. If it needs longer we will book longer, rather than run over.
Not on the first call. Pricing work we do not yet understand would be a guess, and a guess is not a price.
Often. Time zones are the practical constraint rather than geography, so tell us where you are and we will say honestly whether it works.
